BuyingGroupPro is the order and payout tracker for buying group resellers. These pages explain how to import orders, connect each buying group, send tracking numbers and check that every payout arrived.

Importing orders

Connect an email inbox (email sync) How BuyingGroupPro reads order emails from Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo and AOL with an app password, how often it syncs on each plan, and which retailers it reads. Import orders with the Chrome extension The BuyingGroupPro Chrome extension imports orders from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club order pages, with hands-off Auto-Sync on Pro and Concierge. BFMR integration Connect BFMR to BuyingGroupPro with your BFMR API keys to sync reservations, submit tracking with unit counts, file shipping insurance, submit OTPs and detect payments. BuyingGroup.com integration Connect BuyingGroup.com to BuyingGroupPro to sync receipts and commitments, send tracking in bulk, detect payments, read serial numbers and request ACH payouts. Deal & Runner integration Connect Deal & Runner to BuyingGroupPro to sync commitments, send tracking automatically, link orders to commitments and detect payments. USA Buying Group integration Connect USA Buying Group to BuyingGroupPro to sync commitments, send tracking, link receipts to orders, detect payments and request ACH payouts. Other supported buying groups (BuyersForPoints, MaxOut Deals and more) Connect BuyersForPoints, Buy Get Rewards, CloseOut NJ, Earn From Buying, MaxOut Deals, Points 4 Days, Points CashBack and UEarnPoints to BuyingGroupPro. Auto-link orders to buying groups How BuyingGroupPro links new orders to the right buying group with each group's warehouse addresses and email aliases, and how to set them up. Send tracking numbers to buying groups Send tracking numbers to BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group and every other supported buying group, one at a time, in bulk, or automatically.

Money and payouts

Payouts and reconciliation How BuyingGroupPro marks orders paid, finds payments that do not match, flags underpaid orders, lists what needs action and closes a month. Profit tracking How BuyingGroupPro calculates the profit on each buying group order from the cost, the payout, cashback and gift card savings, and the reports by month, group, card, store and account. Deal feed and deal alerts Browse live deals from BFMR, BuyingGroup.com and the other buying groups in one feed, and get an alert by push, email or Discord when a new deal matches your rules. Commitments ledger Track every unit you promised a buying group, how many you have bought and the deadline, with a weekly alert for commitments past their deadline. Address variations (jig generator) The BuyingGroupPro jig generator makes small variations of a shipping address, and tracks which variations work at which store. Credit card, gift card and bank bonus trackers Track the estimated credit left on each credit card (free on every plan), gift cards bought for resale and bank account opening bonuses in BuyingGroupPro.
