Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Does Free include any buying group integrations?
No. All buying group integrations (BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, and 9 others) — along with auto-pay, reconciliation, and automated sync — are Pro features. The Free plan is for evaluation: manual email sync, manual order entry, Chrome extension, CSV import, and the core dashboard. When you're ready to connect a buying group and let the automation run, upgrade to Pro.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
There isn't a time-limited trial, but the Free plan is real — you can test the core workflow with no credit card. If you upgrade and it's not the right fit, we offer a 7-day refund on your first payment.
How is billing handled?
Stripe handles billing. All major credit cards. Update or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal in your account settings.
What happens if I cancel?
No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep full access through the end of your billing period, and your order history is preserved if you decide to come back later.
