Per-package tracking quantity

Pick the weekdays and the hour for each group that takes payout requests. Requests go out on that schedule, in your timezone.
Commitment deadline alerts
The commitments ledger fills itself from BFMR, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group and most other groups. A roll-up alert, at most once a week, lists the commitments that passed their deadline with units still unbought.
