Is BuyingGroupPro a buying group?

No. BuyingGroupPro is the order and payout tracker for buying group resellers. It does not buy or sell products and does not pay you. It tracks the orders you place for your buying groups. See what BuyingGroupPro is.

How much does it cost?

There is a Free plan. Pro is $29 a month ($278 a year) and Concierge is $99 a month ($950 a year). New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card. See plans and the free trial.

Which buying groups does it work with?

BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group, BuyersForPoints, Buy Get Rewards, CloseOut NJ, Earn From Buying, MaxOut Deals, Points 4 Days, Points CashBack and UEarnPoints. You can also add any other group by name to track its orders. See supported buying groups.

Which stores does it import orders from?

By email: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Costco, B&H, Staples, eBay, Lowe's, Sam's Club, Office Depot, Dell, HP, Apple, Woot, US Mint and BJ's. With the Chrome extension: Amazon, Amazon Business, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club. See supported retailers.

Does it work with Outlook or Hotmail?

Not directly. Connect a Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo or AOL inbox and forward your Outlook order emails to it. See connect an email inbox.

Does BuyingGroupPro have my email password?

No. Email sync uses an app password, a separate password that your email provider makes for one app and that you can delete at any time. It is stored encrypted.

Does it store my retailer passwords?

No. The Chrome extension reads order pages in your own browser, where you are already signed in.

Does it store my buying group passwords?

• BFMR: no password; it uses API keys.
• BuyingGroup.com: no; the password is used once, to sign in, and is not stored.
• Every other group: yes, encrypted, so BuyingGroupPro stays connected.

Sensitive fields are encrypted, and two-factor authentication is available on every plan. See security.

Can it send my tracking numbers automatically?

Yes, on Pro and Concierge, to every supported buying group. See send tracking.

Does it request my payouts?

On Pro and Concierge it requests ACH payouts at BuyingGroup.com and USA Buying Group and check payouts at all other supported groups. Payouts go to your own bank account at the group. BFMR and Deal & Runner pay on their own schedules. See payouts and reconciliation.

How is it different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet holds what you type into it. BuyingGroupPro brings in orders from your inbox and the Chrome extension, links them to groups, sends the tracking, records the payouts the groups report, and flags a short or missing payment. You can import your spreadsheet with CSV import.
