USA Buying Group integration

The USA Buying Group integration connects BuyingGroupPro to your account at app.usabuying.group. It syncs your commitments, sends tracking numbers, links receipts to orders, detects payments and requests ACH payouts.

Connect USA Buying Group

1. Go to Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections and open the USA Buying Group card.
2. Enter the email address and password you use at USA Buying Group.

BuyingGroupPro stores the password encrypted so it stays connected. The card has no Test button; use Reconnect if the connection stops working.

What it does

• Commitments: syncs your commitments into the commitments ledger.
• Receipts: links each USA Buying Group receipt to its order.
• Tracking: sends tracking numbers in bulk from the website, or automatically as soon as an order has tracking (Pro, with auto-submit on).
• Payments: detects payments, marks the orders paid and flags an amount that does not match.
• ACH payouts: requests a payout of your balance to your bank account.
• Deals: USA Buying Group deals appear in the deal feed.

Plans

Connecting is free (it counts as one of the 2 groups on Free). Automatic tracking, payment detection and payout requests need Pro or Concierge. During the 14-day Pro trial, real ACH payout requests start when you add a card.
