What is BuyingGroupPro?

BuyingGroupPro is the order and payout tracker for buying group resellers. It collects every order you place at retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club, links each order to the buying group you ship it to, sends the tracking numbers to that group, and checks that the group paid what it promised.

It replaces the spreadsheet most resellers keep for orders, tracking numbers and payouts.

Who it is for

BuyingGroupPro is for people who buy products at retail and resell them to buying groups such as BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group and BuyersForPoints. Most members use credit card rewards or cashback to make the margin. Some place a few orders a month; some place thousands.

What it does

• Captures orders from your email inbox, the Chrome extension, a CSV file or a form you fill in by hand.
• Links each order to a buying group with the group's shipping addresses and email aliases (how auto-link works).
• Sends tracking numbers to 12 buying groups, one at a time, in bulk, or automatically on Pro (sending tracking).
• Detects payouts and marks orders paid when a group reports the payment, and flags a payment that does not match (payouts and reconciliation).
• Calculates profit per order from the cost, the payout, cashback and gift card savings (profit tracking).
• Shows live deals from the buying groups and alerts you when a deal matches your rules (deal feed and alerts).

• A Chrome extension that imports orders from retailer order pages.

What it is not

• BuyingGroupPro is not a buying group. It does not buy or sell products and does not pay you; your buying groups pay you.
• It does not place orders or check out for you.
• It does not ask for your retailer passwords. The Chrome extension reads order pages in your own browser, where you are already signed in.
