# BuyingGroupPro > BuyingGroupPro is the order and payout tracker for buying group resellers. It imports orders from Amazon, Amazon Business, Walmart, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Target and Costco, sends tracking to BFMR, BuyingGroup.com and 10 more buying groups, and reconciles what each group paid against what it promised. > Web app, iPhone app, Android app and a Chrome extension. Built and run by a working buying group operator since 2024. Owned by Axis Affiliates LLC (Georgia, USA). ## What It Does BuyingGroupPro replaces the spreadsheet a buying group reseller keeps for orders, tracking numbers and reimbursements. It captures every order (email sync, Chrome extension, CSV or by hand), links each order to the right buying group reservation or commitment, submits tracking numbers to the group, requests payouts, and flags short or missing payments. Profit is calculated per order from the purchase price, the group payout, cashback, gift card savings, shipping and insurance. ## Docs Step-by-step help pages. BuyingGroupPro is not a buying group itself and does not sell products; it tracks the orders a reseller places with the groups. ## How It Compares Side-by-side comparisons, each with a table, where each product is stronger, and common questions. What it does, who it is for, and what it is not. BuyingGroupPro is the order and payout tracker for buying group resellers. It collects every order you place at retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club, links each order to the buying group you ship it to, sends the tracking numbers to that group, and checks that the group paid what it promised. It replaces the spreadsheet most resellers keep for orders, tracking numbers and payouts. ## Who it is for BuyingGroupPro is for people who buy products at retail and resell them to buying groups such as BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group and BuyersForPoints. Most members use credit card rewards or cashback to make the margin. Some place a few orders a month; some place thousands. ## What it does - **Captures orders** from your email inbox, the [Chrome extension](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/chrome-extension/), a [CSV file](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/) or a [form you fill in by hand](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/manual-orders-and-paste-tracking/). - **Links each order to a buying group** with the group's shipping addresses and email aliases ([how auto-link works](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/auto-link-orders/)). - **Sends tracking numbers** to 12 buying groups, one at a time, in bulk, or automatically on Pro ([sending tracking](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/send-tracking/)). - **Detects payouts** and marks orders paid when a group reports the payment, and flags a payment that does not match ([payouts and reconciliation](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/payouts-and-reconciliation/)). - **Calculates profit** per order from the cost, the payout, cashback and gift card savings ([profit tracking](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/profit-tracking/)). - **Shows live deals** from the buying groups and alerts you when a deal matches your rules ([deal feed and alerts](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/deal-feed-and-alerts/)). ## Where it runs - A web app at [www.buyinggrouppro.com](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com). - An iPhone app and an Android app ([mobile apps](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/mobile-apps/)). - A Chrome extension that imports orders from retailer order pages. ## What it is not - BuyingGroupPro is not a buying group. It does not buy or sell products and does not pay you; your buying groups pay you. - It does not place orders or check out for you. - It does not ask for your retailer passwords. The Chrome extension reads order pages in your own browser, where you are already signed in. ## Plans There is a Free plan, Pro at $29 a month and Concierge at $99 a month. Every new account gets a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card. See [plans and the free trial](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/plans-and-trial/). ## Who runs it BuyingGroupPro has run since 2024. It is owned by Axis Affiliates LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, and built by a reseller who uses it for a buying group operation. Support: support@buyinggrouppro.com. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/what-is-buyinggrouppro/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Quickstart > Set up BuyingGroupPro in about 15 minutes: create an account, connect an inbox, add the Chrome extension, connect your buying groups and send your first tracking numbers. This quickstart sets up BuyingGroupPro so that new orders arrive on their own and tracking numbers go to your buying groups. It takes about 15 minutes. ## 1. Create an account Sign up at [www.buyinggrouppro.com](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/auth/?tab=signup) with an email address or with Google. Every new web account starts a 14-day Pro trial. You do not need a credit card, and nothing is charged when the trial ends: the account moves to the Free plan. ## 2. Connect an email inbox Go to **Settings › Inboxes** and connect the inbox that gets your order emails. BuyingGroupPro supports Gmail (Google Workspace too), iCloud Mail, Yahoo Mail and AOL Mail. You sign in with an app password, not your normal password. Then click **Sync Now** to read your recent order emails. Full steps for each provider: [connect an email inbox](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/email-sync/). ## 3. Add the Chrome extension Install the [BuyingGroupPro extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/buyinggrouppro-extension/jfpkmbhkkbicnagponcnfdeehlbjmibg) from the Chrome Web Store. Open the [Extension page](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/extension/) in BuyingGroupPro, copy your API key, and paste it into the extension. The extension imports orders from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club order pages. See [the Chrome extension](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/chrome-extension/). ## 4. Connect your buying groups Go to **Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections** and connect each group you use. What each group asks for: - **BFMR:** an API public key and API secret key from BFMR's Developer Tools page. - **Every other group:** the email address and password you use on that group's site. Details: [supported buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/buying-groups/). ## 5. Tell BuyingGroupPro where each group ships Open **Settings › Library › Buying groups**, choose **Manage** on a group, and add the warehouse addresses you ship that group's orders to and the email aliases that get its order emails. New orders that match are linked to the group without any work from you. See [auto-link orders to buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/auto-link-orders/). ## 6. Review your imported orders Orders found by email sync and the extension wait in the review queue at **Alerts › Imports**. Check them and click **Import**. When you trust the results, turn on **Skip review queue** in **Settings › Automation & alerts** so they import on their own. See [the import review queue](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/review-queue/). ## 7. Send tracking When an order has a tracking number and a buying group, send the tracking to the group from the dashboard, one order at a time or in bulk. On Pro, turn on auto-submit and tracking goes to the group as soon as it arrives. See [send tracking to buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/send-tracking/). ## 8. Watch the money When a group pays, BuyingGroupPro marks the order paid. The **Action Needed** cards on the dashboard list payment mismatches, missing tracking and orders still unpaid after 30 days. See [payouts and reconciliation](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/payouts-and-reconciliation/). Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/quickstart/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # How buying group reselling works > A plain explanation of buying groups, commitments, tracking submission, payouts and the other words resellers use, and where BuyingGroupPro fits in. A buying group is a company that pays resellers to buy specific products at retail and ship them to the group's warehouse. The group pays back the purchase price, often with a small premium, and the reseller keeps the credit card rewards or cashback earned on the purchase. This page explains the words used in the rest of these docs. ## The basic cycle 1. **The group posts a deal.** A deal names a product, the stores where you may buy it, and the payout per unit. 2. **You commit or reserve.** Many groups ask you to commit to a number of units before you buy. A commitment often has a deadline. 3. **You buy the product** at the retailer, usually with a rewards credit card, and ship it to the group's warehouse address. 4. **You submit tracking.** You give the group the tracking number so it can match the package to you when it arrives. 5. **The group checks in the package and pays you** the agreed payout, by ACH, check, or the group's own payout schedule. Each step creates something to track: the commitment, the order, the tracking number, the payout and the profit. A reseller with hundreds of orders across several groups and several retailer accounts loses money when one of those items slips: a missed tracking submission, a short payout, a commitment deadline. ## Words you will see - **Buying group (BG):** the company that buys the products from you. Examples: BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group, BuyersForPoints. - **Deal:** a product the group wants, with a payout per unit and a list of allowed stores. - **Commitment or reservation:** your promise to deliver a number of units of a deal, often by a deadline. - **Payout:** what the group pays you per unit. "Above retail" means the payout is higher than the store price. - **Tracking submission:** sending the carrier tracking number to the group. - **Warehouse address:** the address the group tells you to ship to. Some groups use several. - **Cashback:** the percent you earn back on the purchase from your credit card or a cashback program. - **Jig:** a small change to a shipping address (for example "STE" instead of "SUITE") so that a store sees several orders as going to different addresses. Stores often limit how many units one address can buy. - **Mismatch:** a payout that does not match what you expected or what the group reported. ## Where BuyingGroupPro fits BuyingGroupPro keeps all of these in one place. It imports the orders, links each to its group and commitment, sends the tracking, records the payout, and shows the profit after cashback. See [what BuyingGroupPro is](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/what-is-buyinggrouppro/) and the [quickstart](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/quickstart/). Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/how-buying-groups-work/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Connect an email inbox (email sync) > How BuyingGroupPro reads order emails from Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo and AOL with an app password, how often it syncs on each plan, and which retailers it reads. Email sync is the BuyingGroupPro feature that reads the order emails in your inbox and turns them into orders. It reads order confirmations, shipping notices, delivery notices, cancellations and return emails from 18 retailers. ## Supported email providers | Provider | How you sign in | |---|---| | Gmail and Google Workspace | App password | | iCloud Mail (@icloud.com, @me.com, @mac.com) | App-specific password | | Yahoo Mail | App password | | AOL Mail | App password | BuyingGroupPro reads the inbox with an app password. An app password is a separate password that your email provider makes for one app. You can delete it at any time, and it is not your normal email password. BuyingGroupPro stores it encrypted. Signing in to BuyingGroupPro with Google does not give BuyingGroupPro access to your Gmail. Email sync always needs an app password. ## Make an app password - **Gmail:** turn on 2-Step Verification for your Google account, then make a password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords while signed in to that Gmail account. - **iCloud Mail:** make an app-specific password at account.apple.com, under Sign-In and Security. - **Yahoo and AOL:** turn on 2-step verification, then make an app password under Account Security. Copy the password exactly. Spaces in it do not matter. ## Connect the inbox 1. Go to **Settings › Inboxes**. 2. Choose the provider. 3. Enter the email address and the app password. 4. BuyingGroupPro tests the login before it saves anything. If the test fails, check that you used an app password and not your normal password. 5. Click **Sync Now** to read your recent emails. Connecting does not start a sync on its own. ## Outlook and Hotmail Outlook.com and Hotmail cannot be connected. Connect a Gmail inbox instead and forward your order emails to it from your own address. Keep the "Fwd:" or "FW:" at the start of the subject. ## How often it syncs | | Free | Pro | Concierge | |---|---|---|---| | Inboxes | 1 | Unlimited | Unlimited | | Automatic sync | No | Daily | Daily | | Sync Now (manual) | Yes | Yes | Yes | | How far back it reads | 7 days (21 days on the first sync) | 30 days | 90 days | - Pro and Concierge members can pause the automatic sync in Settings. - The 14-day Pro trial gets the Pro row. ## Retailers it reads Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Costco, B&H, Staples, eBay, Lowe's, Sam's Club, Office Depot, Dell, HP, Apple, Woot, US Mint and BJ's. For each order email it reads the order number, date, items, quantity, cost, shipping address and, when the email has one, the tracking number. - A shipping or delivery email adds the tracking number to the order and moves it from Ordered to Shipped or Delivered. - A cancellation email does not cancel the order. You decide. ## Buying group receipts On Pro and Concierge, Sync Now also reads the receipts that BuyersForPoints, MaxOut Deals and the other supported groups send by email. See [other supported buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/other-buying-groups/). ## Where the orders go New orders go to the [review queue](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/review-queue/) at **Alerts › Imports**, so you can check them first. Turn on **Skip review queue** in **Settings › Automation & alerts** to import them straight to the dashboard. Each inbox can also have a merchant filter, a date window, and a default buyer account that new orders from that inbox get. ## Daily safety limit A daily limit per account stops a runaway sync, such as thousands of forwarded emails at once. Normal use stays far below it. If an account reaches the limit, sync starts again the next day. ## Related - [The Chrome extension](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/chrome-extension/) imports the same orders from retailer order pages, with details an email does not have. - [Auto-link orders to buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/auto-link-orders/) uses the address an email was sent to. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/email-sync/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Import orders with the Chrome extension > The BuyingGroupPro Chrome extension imports orders from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club order pages, with hands-off Auto-Sync on Pro and Concierge. The BuyingGroupPro Chrome extension imports orders from your retailer order pages into BuyingGroupPro. It runs in your own browser, where you are already signed in to the retailer, so BuyingGroupPro never needs your retailer password. ## Supported retailers Amazon, Amazon Business, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club. From an order page the extension reads the order number, date, items, quantity, cost, status and tracking numbers. On Amazon it can also read the payment card, the cashback rate, the ship-to address and the last day to return the item, which the email does not always include. ## Install and connect 1. Install the [BuyingGroupPro extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/buyinggrouppro-extension/jfpkmbhkkbicnagponcnfdeehlbjmibg) from the Chrome Web Store. 2. In BuyingGroupPro, open the [Extension page](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/extension/) and copy your API key. 3. Paste the key into the extension. The extension now sends orders to your account. ## Import orders by hand Open the retailer's order history page and start an import from the extension. You can do this on every plan, as often as you like. ## Auto-Sync Auto-Sync imports new orders on a schedule, with no clicks. It works for Amazon (including Amazon Business), Best Buy and Walmart while Chrome is open and you are signed in to the retailer. | | Free | Pro | Concierge | |---|---|---|---| | Manual import | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Auto-Sync | No | Every 24 hours | Every hour | You can choose a slower schedule: every 1, 6, 12, 24 or 72 hours. ## Where the orders go Imported orders go to the [review queue](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/review-queue/) at **Alerts › Imports**. An order that is already on your dashboard, or that you ignored before, is skipped. Turn on **Skip review queue** in **Settings › Automation & alerts** to import new orders straight to the dashboard. When the extension finds a tracking number or a new status for an order you already have, it updates that order. If the ship-to address matches one of your buying groups, the order is linked to that group. See [auto-link orders to buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/auto-link-orders/). ## Return-window alerts For Amazon orders imported with the extension, BuyingGroupPro knows the last day to return the item. Three days before that day, it alerts you about each unpaid order, once. Paid, cancelled and returned orders are skipped. This alert is on every plan, Free included. ## Related - [Connect an email inbox](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/email-sync/) for retailers the extension does not read. - [Supported retailers](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/supported-retailers/) compares email sync and the extension. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/chrome-extension/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Import orders from a spreadsheet (CSV) > Move your order history from a spreadsheet into BuyingGroupPro with a CSV file. The columns, the template, the limits and the review step. CSV import moves orders from a spreadsheet into BuyingGroupPro. Most members use it once, to bring in the order history they kept in Google Sheets or Excel, and then let email sync and the Chrome extension add new orders. CSV import is free on every plan. ## Get the template Download the [order template](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/orders/import/template/) (you must be signed in). It lists every column and the allowed values. You do not have to use it: BuyingGroupPro also reads your own column names, and it matches common names such as "Order #" or "Tracking". ## Columns | Column | What to put in it | |---|---| | order_number | The retailer's order number. Orders are matched on this, so a second upload updates instead of duplicating. | | date | The order date, as YYYY-MM-DD. | | status | Ordered, Reserved, Shipped, Delivered, Processed, Paid, Returned, Cancelled, Payment Error, Deadline or Set Aside. | | tracking_number | One or more carrier tracking numbers. | | ship_to | The shipping address. | | product | The item name. | | quantity | Units in the order. | | merchant | The store, for example Amazon or Best Buy. | | buying_group | The group you ship to. Short names such as "D&R" or "B4P" are recognized; you confirm the guess. | | account | The retailer account that placed the order. | | card | The credit card used. | | cost | What you paid, as on the receipt. | | shipping_cost, insurance_cost | Extra costs, if any. | | reimbursed | What the buying group paid you. | | cash_back | Cashback as a percent, for example 2 for 2%. | | cash_back_amount | Cashback in dollars, if you track it that way. | | gift_card_amount, gift_card_savings | The gift card value spent, and what you saved buying the gift card below face value. | | paid | TRUE or FALSE. | | notes | Anything else. | | serial_number | The item serial number. | A merchant, buying group, account or card that does not exist yet is created for you. ## Limits - .csv files only, up to 10 MB. - Up to 1,500 rows in one file. Split a larger history into several files. ## The review step Before anything is saved, BuyingGroupPro shows every row in one of these groups: - **Create:** a new order. - **Update:** an order you already have; the changed fields are shown. - **Review:** a row that needs a look, such as a possible duplicate, a tracking number that a spreadsheet damaged (for example turned into 1.23E+15), or a cashback value that looks like dollars in the percent column. - **Error:** a row that cannot be read. - **Unchanged:** an order that is already the same. Fix what you need to, then commit the import. CSV rows go straight to your orders; they do not pass through the [review queue](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/review-queue/). ## Export Exporting orders to CSV is a Pro feature. See [plans and the free trial](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/plans-and-trial/). Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # The import review queue > Orders found by email sync and the Chrome extension wait in the review queue until you import or ignore them. How it works and how to skip it. The review queue is where BuyingGroupPro holds the orders that email sync and the Chrome extension find, until you import or ignore them. It stops a wrong or duplicate order from reaching your dashboard and your profit numbers. The review queue is on every plan. ## Where it is Go to **Alerts › Imports**. The iPhone and Android apps show the same queue. ## What you can do - **Import:** the order moves to your dashboard. - **Ignore:** the order is dropped, and future syncs skip it. - **Edit:** fix a field, such as the buying group or the cost, before you import. - **Bulk actions:** import or ignore up to 500 rows at once. ## Skip review When the results look right, turn on **Skip review queue** in **Settings › Automation & alerts**. New orders from email sync and the extension then go straight to the dashboard. ## Old rows A row you leave in the queue for 37 days moves to Ignored. You get a warning 7 days before. ## What does not use the queue [CSV imports](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/) have their own review step, and orders you add by hand go straight to the dashboard. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/review-queue/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Add orders by hand and paste tracking numbers > Add a single order with the order form, and add tracking numbers to many orders at once by pasting lines from a spreadsheet, an email or a carrier page. You can add an order by hand with the add-order form on the dashboard, and you can add tracking numbers to many orders at once with the paste-tracking page. Both are on every plan, and there is no limit on the number of orders. ## Add an order by hand Use the add-order form on the dashboard for an order that email sync and the extension cannot see, such as an in-store purchase. Enter the store, the order number, the date, the product, the quantity, the cost and the buying group. Orders you add by hand go straight to the dashboard. ## Paste tracking numbers The [paste-tracking page](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/orders/tracking/paste/) adds tracking numbers to orders you already have. Use it when a carrier page, a spreadsheet or an email gives you a list of tracking numbers. 1. Put one order on each line: the order number, then one or more tracking numbers. 2. Paste up to 500 lines. 3. Check the preview. It shows the order each line matches. 4. Click **Apply**. What happens: - The tracking numbers are added to the order, with the carrier. - An order in Ordered moves to Shipped. An order is never moved backward. - A line that matches no order, or more than one order, is flagged and not applied. - A tracking number that a spreadsheet damaged (for example 1.23E+15) is refused, so a wrong number never reaches a buying group. ## Send the tracking on On Pro and Concierge, if the order has a buying group and auto-submit is on, new tracking goes to the group at once. On Free, send it from the dashboard. See [send tracking to buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/send-tracking/). BuyingGroupPro imports orders from 18 retailers by email and from 7 retailers with the Chrome extension (Amazon and Amazon Business count as two). You can add an order from any other store by hand or with a CSV file. ## By retailer | Retailer | Email sync | Chrome extension | Extension Auto-Sync | |---|---|---|---| | Amazon | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Walmart | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Best Buy | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Target | Yes | Yes | No | | Costco | Yes | Yes | No | | Sam's Club | Yes | Yes | No | | Home Depot | Yes | No | No | | Lowe's | Yes | No | No | | Staples | Yes | No | No | | Office Depot | Yes | No | No | | B&H | Yes | No | No | | eBay | Yes | No | No | | Dell | Yes | No | No | | HP | Yes | No | No | | Apple | Yes | No | No | | Woot | Yes | No | No | | US Mint | Yes | No | No | | BJ's | Yes | No | No | Amazon Business orders import with the Chrome extension and its Auto-Sync, the same as Amazon. ## Which one to use - **Email sync** sees every order email from these retailers, from any device, with no browser open. See [connect an email inbox](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/email-sync/). - **The Chrome extension** reads the order page itself, so it gets details an email may not have, such as the payment card, the cashback rate and the Amazon return date. See [the Chrome extension](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/chrome-extension/). Most members use both. The extension skips an order that is already on your dashboard. ## A store that is not listed Add the order by hand ([add orders by hand](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/manual-orders-and-paste-tracking/)) or import it from a spreadsheet ([CSV import](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/)). A connection lets BuyingGroupPro read your commitments and payments at the group and send your tracking numbers to it. ## What each connection does | Group | You connect with | Commitments | Tracking | Payment detection | Payout requests | |---|---|---|---|---|---| | [BFMR](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/bfmr/) | API keys | Reservations | Single, bulk, automatic | Yes | No: BFMR pays on its own schedule | | [BuyingGroup.com](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/buyinggroup-com/) | Email and password | Yes | Single, bulk, automatic | Yes | ACH | | [Deal & Runner](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/deal-and-runner/) | Email and password | Yes | Single, bulk, automatic | Yes | No: Deal & Runner schedules its own payouts | | [USA Buying Group](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/usa-buying-group/) | Email and password | Yes | Bulk, automatic | Yes | ACH | | [All other supported groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/other-buying-groups/) (8) | Email and password, per group | Yes | Single, bulk, automatic | Yes | Check request | - **Commitments:** the units you promised the group, synced into the [commitments ledger](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/commitments/). - **Automatic tracking:** on Pro and Concierge, with auto-submit on, tracking goes to the group as soon as an order has it. See [send tracking](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/send-tracking/). - **Payment detection:** when the group reports a payment, BuyingGroupPro marks the order paid and checks the amount. See [payouts and reconciliation](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/payouts-and-reconciliation/). - **Payout requests:** BuyingGroupPro asks the group to send the money you have earned, where the group allows it. ## Connect a group 1. Go to **Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections**. 2. Find the group's card and enter what it asks for. 3. Click **Test** (where the card has one) to check the connection. Each group's page has the details. Disconnecting a group turns off its automatic payout requests. ## Limits by plan - **Free:** connect up to 2 buying groups and send tracking for 10 orders a month, by hand. - **Pro and Concierge:** every group, with no send limit, plus the automatic work: automatic tracking, matching receipts and reservations to orders, payment detection and payout requests. - **14-day Pro trial:** everything in Pro. Real ACH payout requests start when you add a card. See [plans and the free trial](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/plans-and-trial/). ## A group that is not listed You can add any other buying group by name, website and receipt email domain in **Settings › Library › Buying groups**. BuyingGroupPro then tracks its orders, profit and payouts, but cannot send tracking to it or read its payments. Write to support@buyinggrouppro.com to ask for a connection; on Concierge, custom integrations are part of the plan. ## Live deals On every plan you can browse live deals from these groups in the deal feed. The BFMR integration connects BuyingGroupPro to your BFMR account with your BFMR API keys. It reads your reservations, links your orders to them, sends tracking numbers with the unit count of each package, files and voids shipping insurance, submits one-time passcodes (OTPs) and detects BFMR's payments. BFMR is the buying group at bfmr.com. ## Connect BFMR BFMR connects with API keys, not with your BFMR login. 1. At bfmr.com, open **Developer Tools** and copy your **API public key** and **API secret key**. 2. In BuyingGroupPro, go to **Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections** and open the BFMR card. 3. Paste both keys and save. Click **Test** to check them. Paste the keys, not a password. If the test cannot reach BFMR, the keys are still saved; click **Test** again later. ## What it does - **Reservations:** reads your open BFMR reservations and links each order to its reservation. - **Tracking:** sends tracking numbers one order at a time, in bulk, or automatically (Pro, with auto-submit on). Each package carries the unit count you entered for it. - **Shipping insurance:** files insurance for a package and voids it, from the order. On Pro you can have new packages insured automatically. - **OTPs:** submits the one-time passcode BFMR asks for on some deliveries. - **Shipment status:** shows BFMR's status for each reservation and package. - **Payments:** when BFMR reports a payment, the order is marked paid. A payment that does not match the amount you recorded is flagged. See [payouts and reconciliation](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/payouts-and-reconciliation/). - **Deals:** BFMR deals appear in the deal feed. BFMR deals refresh every 5 minutes. ## What it does not do - **Payout requests:** BFMR pays out on its own schedule, so there is nothing to request. - **New reservations:** you reserve deals at bfmr.com. ## Plans Connecting BFMR is free (it counts as one of the 2 groups on Free). Tracking sends on Free are by hand, for 10 orders a month. Automatic tracking, insurance, OTP submission and payment detection need Pro or Concierge. Concierge also includes the BFMR deal-scanner Telegram bot. See [deal feed and alerts](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/deal-feed-and-alerts/). The BuyingGroup.com integration connects BuyingGroupPro to your account at buyinggroup.com. It syncs your receipts and commitments, links each receipt to its order, sends tracking numbers, detects payments, reads serial numbers and UPCs, and requests ACH payouts. ## Connect BuyingGroup.com 1. Go to **Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections** and open the BuyingGroup.com card. 2. Enter the email address and password you use at buyinggroup.com. 3. Click **Test** to check the connection. Your password is used once, to sign in, and is not stored. You do not need to enter your member number. ## What it does - **Receipts:** syncs your BuyingGroup.com receipts and links each one to its order. - **Commitments:** syncs your commitments into the [commitments ledger](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/commitments/). - **Tracking:** sends tracking numbers one order at a time, in bulk, or automatically (Pro, with auto-submit on). - **Payments:** when a receipt is paid, the order is marked paid. A paid amount that does not match what you recorded is flagged. If BuyingGroup.com voids a receipt, the paid mark is removed. - **Serial numbers and UPCs:** read from the receipt and saved on the order. - **ACH payouts:** requests a payout of your balance to your bank account. Payouts go only to the bank account on your BuyingGroup.com account. - **Member alerts:** tells you when BuyingGroup.com accepts an item at a discount, and when its support team answers a ticket and waits on you. - **Deals:** BuyingGroup.com deals appear in the deal feed. ## Plans Connecting is free (it counts as one of the 2 groups on Free). Besides BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner and USA Buying Group, BuyingGroupPro supports eight more buying groups: BuyersForPoints, Buy Get Rewards, CloseOut NJ, Earn From Buying, MaxOut Deals, Points 4 Days, Points CashBack and UEarnPoints. For each one, BuyingGroupPro syncs commitments and receipts, sends tracking, detects payments, reads serial numbers and requests check payouts. ## Connect a group Each group is a separate account, so each has its own card. 1. Go to **Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections** and open the card for the group, for example BuyersForPoints. 2. Enter the email address and password you use on that group's site. 3. Click **Test**. When a connection needs a new sign-in, the button reads **Refresh Login**. Automatic tracking, payment detection, emailed receipts and payout requests need Pro or Concierge. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/other-buying-groups/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Auto-link orders to buying groups > How BuyingGroupPro links new orders to the right buying group with each group's warehouse addresses and email aliases, and how to set them up. Auto-link sets the buying group on new orders, so you do not have to set it on every order. An order shipped to one of a group's warehouse addresses, or an order email sent to one of a group's email aliases, is linked to that group. ## Set it up 1. Go to **Settings › Library › Buying groups** and choose **Manage** on a group. 2. Under **Shipping addresses**, add each warehouse or jig address you ship that group's orders to. Street and ZIP code are required. 3. Under **Email aliases**, add each email address that gets that group's order emails, such as a plus-alias like you+bfmr@gmail.com. Any signed-in member can set these up, on every plan. ## Good to know - **Enter aliases exactly** as they appear on your order emails, with any dots and "+" part. - **Known warehouses:** many buying group warehouses are already known, so orders shipped to them link with no setup. Your own addresses come first. - **Learning:** when you set the group on an order by hand, its address is added to that group, marked "Auto-detected". - **The extension:** orders imported with the Chrome extension are linked the same way. ## Other ways an order gets its group - You set it in the add-order form, in the CSV `buying_group` column, or on the order. - When you send tracking by hand to BFMR or BuyingGroup.com for an order with no group, the order gets that group. - Group integrations link receipts and reservations to orders. See each group's page under [supported buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/buying-groups/). ## Short names in a CSV file During a [CSV import](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/), short names such as "D&R", "P4D" or "B4P" are matched to the right group. You confirm each guess on the review screen. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/auto-link-orders/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Send tracking numbers to buying groups > Send tracking numbers to BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group and every other supported buying group, one at a time, in bulk, or automatically. BuyingGroupPro sends your tracking numbers to your buying groups, so each group can match the packages that reach its warehouse to you. You can send one order at a time, many orders in bulk, or let BuyingGroupPro send each tracking number as soon as it arrives. ## Before you send An order needs three things: - a tracking number (from email sync, the Chrome extension, a CSV file or [paste tracking](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/manual-orders-and-paste-tracking/)), - a buying group (see [auto-link orders](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/auto-link-orders/)), - a connection to that group (see [supported buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/buying-groups/)). The **Missing Tracking** card in Action Needed on the dashboard lists open orders that have no tracking number yet. ## Send by hand - **One order:** send from the order on the dashboard. - **In bulk:** select orders on the dashboard and send them together, or use **Send all**. - **From your phone:** the iPhone and Android apps have **Send tracking**, and a push alert about an order has a **Send tracking** button. After a send, the order shows a **Tracking sent** label. Sending the same order again is safe. ## Send automatically (Pro and Concierge) Turn on auto-submit in **Settings › Automation & alerts**. Then an order's tracking goes to its group as soon as the order has both a tracking number and a group. This works for every supported group. For BFMR, each package carries the unit count you entered for it. ## Free plan limit On Free you can send tracking for 10 orders a month, by hand, to up to 2 buying groups. - The count resets on the 1st of each month. - Sending the same order again in the same month does not count twice, and a send that fails does not count. Pro and Concierge have no limit. See [plans and the free trial](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/plans-and-trial/). Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/send-tracking/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Payouts and reconciliation > How BuyingGroupPro marks orders paid, finds payments that do not match, flags underpaid orders, lists what needs action and closes a month. Reconciliation is how BuyingGroupPro checks that every buying group paid you what it should. It marks orders paid when a group reports a payment, flags a payment that does not match what you recorded, flags an order paid less than the deal promised, and lists unpaid orders that are getting old. ## How an order becomes paid - **Automatically (Pro and Concierge):** when a connected group reports a payment for an order, BuyingGroupPro records the amount, marks the order **Paid** and sets the paid date. - **Partial payments:** if a group pays only part of the amount, the money is recorded but the order is not marked paid, so the rest stays visible. - **Reversals:** if a group voids a receipt, the paid mark is removed. - **By hand:** you can mark an order paid on the dashboard or in the mobile apps, on every plan. Each order is in one of three money states: **Owed** (no payout recorded), **Confirmed** (a payout amount is recorded, not paid yet) and **Paid**. "Paid" means the group or you marked it paid; BuyingGroupPro cannot see your bank account. ## Payment mismatch A **Payment Mismatch** badge appears on a paid order when the amount you recorded differs from what the group reported. You also get an alert when a group pays you less than you recorded. You can dismiss a mismatch you have checked. ## Underpaid compared with the deal BuyingGroupPro also compares each payout with what the commitment or deal promised. An order paid clearly less is marked **Underpaid**, and one paid clearly more is marked **Overpaid**. Underpaid orders need review. ## Action Needed The **Action Needed** cards on the dashboard list the work to do: | Card | What it lists | |---|---| | Payment Mismatches | Paid orders whose amount differs from the group's | | Missing Tracking | Open orders with no tracking number | | Waiting on group | Orders matched to a group's receipt or reservation, not paid yet | | Overdue Payments | Matched orders still unpaid 30 days or more after the order date | | Not matched to group | Orders with a buying group but no matching receipt or reservation after 30 days | | Needs a Buying Group | Orders with no buying group after 30 days | | Possible Cancellation | Orders that may have been cancelled | On Free, Not matched to group is hidden and Overdue Payments shows a preview only. ## Aging alerts (Pro and Concierge) Once a week you get an alert that sorts your unpaid orders into 30, 60 and 90 days old. ## The Reconciliation page (Pro and Concierge) The [Reconciliation page](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/reconciliation/) shows, for each buying group: what is owed, confirmed and paid, the average days to pay, the mismatch count, monthly profit and a payment timeline. You can export it to CSV. ## Close a month When a month is settled, close it on the Reconciliation page. Its orders leave the Action Needed cards and the aging alerts. Closing a month is on Pro; reopening a closed month is on Concierge. ## Payout requests Some groups pay only when you ask. BuyingGroupPro asks for you on Pro and Concierge: ACH payouts at BuyingGroup.com and USA Buying Group, and check payouts at all other supported groups. BFMR and Deal & Runner pay on their own schedules. See [supported buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/buying-groups/). Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/payouts-and-reconciliation/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Profit tracking > How BuyingGroupPro calculates the profit on each buying group order from the cost, the payout, cashback and gift card savings, and the reports by month, group, card, store and account. BuyingGroupPro calculates the profit on each order from what you paid, what the buying group paid you, and the cashback and gift card savings you earned. It adds the orders up by month, buying group, credit card, store and retailer account. ## The formula Profit = payout + cashback + gift card savings − cost − shipping − insurance - **Cost** is the receipt total you paid the store. - **Payout** is what the buying group paid you (the reimbursed amount). - **Cashback** is a percent of the part of the cost you paid by card. If you paid part with a gift card, the gift card amount is not in the cashback base. - **Gift card savings** is what you saved by buying the gift card below face value. It is added straight to profit. - **Shipping** and **insurance** are your own extra costs on the order, if any. ROI is profit divided by cost, as a percent. BuyingGroupPro does not add shopping portal commissions, bank account bonuses or sales tax as separate items. Put portal cashback into the cashback percent if you want it counted. ## Where the cashback percent comes from A new order gets its cashback rate from the order page, when the Chrome extension read one, or from the defaults you set in Settings for a retailer account, a store, a credit card or all orders. When orders from a store have no rate, the dashboard asks you for one. BuyingGroupPro warns you when a value looks like dollars typed into the percent field. ## What counts in your profit totals - Only orders with a payout recorded are counted. - An order whose payout looks incomplete shows as **Awaiting Payout** and is left out until you mark it complete. - Cancelled and returned orders are counted only when they lost money. Before the payout is known, the order row shows an estimate from the expected payout, when there is one. ## Profit reports (Pro and Concierge) The Profit page has tabs for: - **Month:** profit and ROI by month. - **Group:** profit by buying group. - **Card:** spend, cashback and ROI by credit card, with the card that would have earned the most and the cashback missed by not using it. - **Merchant:** profit by store. - **Account:** profit by retailer account, with orders placed, cancelled and the cancel rate. You can export the profit report to CSV. ## Before you buy: the deal calculator The free [deal calculator](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/deal-calculator/) works out the profit on a deal before you buy: enter the store price, the buying group payout, your cashback percent and the quantity. It needs no account. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/profit-tracking/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Deal feed and deal alerts > Browse live deals from BFMR, BuyingGroup.com and the other buying groups in one feed, and get an alert by push, email or Discord when a new deal matches your rules. The deal feed shows the live deals of your buying groups on one page, with the payout, the allowed stores and the profit after your cashback. Deal alerts tell you when a new deal matches rules you set. The feed is free on every plan. ## Which groups are in the feed The feed has the deals of BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, BuyersForPoints, Buy Get Rewards, CloseOut NJ, Earn From Buying, MaxOut Deals, Points 4 Days, Points CashBack and UEarnPoints. Deal & Runner and USA Buying Group deals appear when they are available. ## How fresh it is BFMR deals refresh every 5 minutes. Most other groups refresh every 30 minutes or faster. The deals page shows when each group last refreshed. You can also refresh by hand. ## Deal alert rules (Pro and Concierge) A rule describes the deals you want. It can match on: - store, - lowest and highest price, - buying groups (only the groups you have connected), - a keyword in the product name, - lowest profit in dollars, - lowest margin in percent. Every condition you set must match, and you must set at least one. A rule alerts only on deals it has not seen before. Pro and Concierge have unlimited rules; Free has none. ## How alerts reach you - **In the app:** the bell in BuyingGroupPro. - **Push:** on the iPhone and Android apps. - **Email:** sent only when you have no phone with push alerts, unless you turn on "always email". - **Discord:** add a Discord webhook in **Settings › Automation & alerts** and alerts post to your channel. If Discord rejects the webhook several times in a row, BuyingGroupPro pauses it. ## Slot-opening watches (Concierge) A watch follows one deal that is full. When the deal opens again, you get one alert, and then you set the watch again if you want another. Concierge members can have up to 10 watches. ## BFMR deal-scanner bot (Concierge) Concierge includes the BFMR deal-scanner bot on Telegram, which links to your BFMR account. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/deal-feed-and-alerts/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Commitments ledger > Track every unit you promised a buying group, how many you have bought and the deadline, with a weekly alert for commitments past their deadline. The commitments ledger lists every commitment you made to a buying group: the product, the units you promised, the payout per unit, the deadline and how many units you have bought so far. It is on Pro and Concierge. ## Where commitments come from - **Synced from your groups:** BFMR reservations and the commitments at BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group and all other supported groups are added for you. - **By hand:** on the [Commitments page](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/commitments/), add the product, the quantity (at least 1), and optionally the payout and the deadline. You can delete only the commitments you added by hand. ## How progress is counted BuyingGroupPro counts the units bought from your orders, live, so the ledger is always current. Each commitment shows one of these states: - **Open:** units still to buy. - **Fulfilled:** you bought all the units, or more. - **Closed:** closed at the group. - **Expired:** the deadline passed. - **Stale:** no deadline, and older than 30 days. Expired and stale commitments are left out of the remaining-payout total. ## Deadline alert When commitments pass their deadline with units still unbought, you get one alert that lists them all, at most once a week. ## Related - [Supported buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/buying-groups/) - [Payouts and reconciliation](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/payouts-and-reconciliation/): the promised payout on a commitment is what an order's payout is checked against. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/commitments/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Address variations (jig generator) > The BuyingGroupPro jig generator makes small variations of a shipping address, and tracks which variations work at which store. The jig generator makes variations of a shipping address, such as "STE 100" for "SUITE 100", so that a store sees orders to the same place as going to different addresses. Resellers use it when a store limits how many units one address can buy. It is on the [Address Variations page](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/address-variations/), on Pro and Concierge. ## Make a variation 1. Paste one address. 2. Click **Generate jig**. You get one variation. 3. Click **Re-jig** for another one. Each variation makes small changes to the address, such as STE for SUITE. Check that the carrier can still deliver to the address before you use it. ## Save the ones that work Save a variation with its store, its buying group and a note. For each saved address, BuyingGroupPro keeps how many times you used it and how often it worked, and you can mark an address the store has blocked. Choosing a buying group also adds an auto-link rule, so orders shipped to that address are linked to the group. See [auto-link orders](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/auto-link-orders/). Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/address-variations/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # Credit card, gift card and bank bonus trackers > Track the estimated credit left on each credit card (free on every plan), gift cards bought for resale and bank account opening bonuses in BuyingGroupPro. BuyingGroupPro has three side trackers for the money around buying group orders: the credit card tracker, the gift card tracker and the bank bonus tracker. The credit card tracker is free on every plan; the gift card and bank bonus trackers are on Pro and Concierge. ## Credit card tracker (every plan) The credit card tracker estimates the balance and the credit left on each card from the orders you tracked. Add your cards in **Settings**. A card is flagged when most of its limit is used. Confirm the real balance from your card statement now and then to keep the estimate close. ## Gift card tracker (Pro and Concierge) For gift cards you buy to resell to a buying group. For each card it keeps the card number and PIN (stored encrypted), the face value, the price you paid, the store, who you sold it to, whether you were paid and when payment is expected, the batch, and images of the card. It shows the profit on each card from the buying group's payout rate for that store. ## Bank bonus tracker (Pro and Concierge) For bank account opening bonuses. For each bonus it keeps the bank, the bonus amount, the requirements, the key dates (opened, requirements met, safe to close, closed, bonus posted, expiry), fees, whether it was a hard credit pull or a ChexSystems inquiry, the tax form and the status. Bank bonuses are tracked on their own; they are not added to order profit. BuyingGroupPro has three plans: Free, Pro at $29 a month ($278 a year) and Concierge at $99 a month ($950 a year). Every new account made on the website starts with a 14-day Pro trial that needs no credit card. ## The 14-day Pro trial - It starts when you create your account on the website and confirm your email (or sign up with Google). - It includes everything in Pro, except that real ACH payout requests start only when you add a card. - When it ends, nothing is charged. The account moves to Free, and your orders and settings stay. - You get an email 3 days before it ends, and one when it ends. **Keep Pro** in that email opens checkout for Pro monthly. - Accounts made in the iPhone or Android app start on Free. A Free account that never had a trial can start one from the website. ## What each plan includes | | Free | Pro | Concierge | |---|---|---|---| | Price | $0 | $29/month or $278/year | $99/month or $950/year | | Orders | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | | Email inboxes | 1 | Unlimited | Unlimited | | Email sync | Sync Now only | Daily automatic sync | Daily automatic sync | | Email lookback | 7 days | 30 days | 90 days | | Chrome extension | Manual import | Auto-Sync every 24 hours | Auto-Sync every hour | | CSV import and the review queue | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Buying group connections | Up to 2 | All 12 | All 12 | | Tracking sends | 10 orders a month, by hand | Unlimited, with auto-submit | Unlimited, with auto-submit | | Payment detection and payout requests | No | Yes | Yes | | Reconciliation and month close | No | Yes | Yes, and reopen a closed month | | Profit reports and CSV export | No | Yes | Yes | | Deal feed | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Deal alert rules | No | Unlimited | Unlimited | | Slot-opening deal watches | No | No | Up to 10 | | Commitments ledger | No | Yes | Yes | | Gift card and bank bonus trackers | No | Yes | Yes | | Credit card tracker | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Address variations (jig generator) | No | Yes | Yes | | Saved views | 3 | 20 | Unlimited | | Custom buying group integrations, onboarding call, priority support, BFMR deal-scanner bot, early access | No | No | Yes | In short, Free connects up to 2 buying groups and sends tracking for 10 orders a month by hand. Pro does the work for you: automatic sync, automatic tracking, payment detection, payout requests and reconciliation. ## Billing - Payments go through Stripe. Promotion codes can be entered at checkout. - If a payment fails, the account keeps its plan for 3 days while you fix the card. - If you cancel, the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. See the [pricing page](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/pricing/) for the current offer. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/plans-and-trial/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # iPhone and Android apps > The BuyingGroupPro apps for iPhone and Android show your orders, send tracking, review imports and deliver push alerts for payouts, mismatches and deals. BuyingGroupPro has an iPhone app on the App Store and an Android app on Google Play. Both use the same account as the website and deliver push alerts, so you can act on a payout problem or a new deal away from your computer. - iPhone: [the App Store listing](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/buying-group-pro/id6802469094) - Android: [the Google Play listing](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.buyinggrouppro.app) ## What you can do in the apps - See your home summary and your orders. - Mark orders paid. - Send tracking to your buying groups. - Review the import queue: import, ignore, or accept a suggestion. - Browse the deal feed, watch deals and manage deal alert rules. - See your commitments. - Read and manage your alerts. - Delete your account. ## What needs the website Connecting an inbox or a buying group, adding an order by hand, importing a CSV file and most settings are on the website. ## Push alerts The apps push only the alerts that need you: - a payout that failed or needs you to act, - a payment mismatch, - a connection or sync that failed, - a deal that matches your alert rules, - new orders waiting in the import queue. No push alerts are sent between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. in your time zone. An alert about an order has **Send tracking** and **Mark paid** buttons. ## Plans in the apps The apps work the same on every plan, with the plan limits of your account: on Free you can send tracking for 10 orders a month, and slot-opening deal watches need Concierge. Accounts made in the apps start on Free; start the 14-day Pro trial from the website. See [plans and the free trial](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/plans-and-trial/). These are short answers to the questions new members ask most. Each answer links to the page with the details. ## Is BuyingGroupPro a buying group? No. BuyingGroupPro is the order and payout tracker for buying group resellers. It does not buy or sell products and does not pay you. It tracks the orders you place for your buying groups. See [what BuyingGroupPro is](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/what-is-buyinggrouppro/). ## How much does it cost? There is a Free plan. Pro is $29 a month ($278 a year) and Concierge is $99 a month ($950 a year). New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card. See [plans and the free trial](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/plans-and-trial/). ## Which buying groups does it work with? BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group, BuyersForPoints, Buy Get Rewards, CloseOut NJ, Earn From Buying, MaxOut Deals, Points 4 Days, Points CashBack and UEarnPoints. You can also add any other group by name to track its orders. See [supported buying groups](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/buying-groups/). ## Which stores does it import orders from? By email: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Costco, B&H, Staples, eBay, Lowe's, Sam's Club, Office Depot, Dell, HP, Apple, Woot, US Mint and BJ's. With the Chrome extension: Amazon, Amazon Business, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Costco and Sam's Club. See [supported retailers](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/supported-retailers/). ## Does it work with Outlook or Hotmail? Not directly. Connect a Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo or AOL inbox and forward your Outlook order emails to it. See [connect an email inbox](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/email-sync/). ## Does BuyingGroupPro have my email password? No. Email sync uses an app password, a separate password that your email provider makes for one app and that you can delete at any time. It is stored encrypted. ## Does it store my retailer passwords? No. The Chrome extension reads order pages in your own browser, where you are already signed in. ## Does it store my buying group passwords? - **BFMR:** no password; it uses API keys. - **BuyingGroup.com:** no; the password is used once, to sign in, and is not stored. - **Every other group:** yes, encrypted, so BuyingGroupPro stays connected. Sensitive fields are encrypted, and two-factor authentication is available on every plan. See [security](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/security/). ## Can it send my tracking numbers automatically? Yes, on Pro and Concierge, to every supported buying group. See [send tracking](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/send-tracking/). ## Does it request my payouts? On Pro and Concierge it requests ACH payouts at BuyingGroup.com and USA Buying Group and check payouts at all other supported groups. Payouts go to your own bank account at the group. BFMR and Deal & Runner pay on their own schedules. See [payouts and reconciliation](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/payouts-and-reconciliation/). ## How is it different from a spreadsheet? A spreadsheet holds what you type into it. BuyingGroupPro brings in orders from your inbox and the Chrome extension, links them to groups, sends the tracking, records the payouts the groups report, and flags a short or missing payment. You can import your spreadsheet with [CSV import](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/). ## Is there a phone app? Yes, for iPhone and Android. See [mobile apps](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/mobile-apps/). ## How do I get help? Email support@buyinggrouppro.com or ask in the BuyingGroupPro Discord. Concierge includes priority support and an onboarding call. Yes, for buying group resellers. BuyingGroupPro does the same buying group work (orders, tracking, deals and payouts) and adds payout requests, a commitments ledger and phone apps. It does not track credit card sign-up bonuses, card benefits or points balances. ### Which one is cheaper? Churning Tracker. Its paid plans are $15 and $50 a month, or $12 and $40 a month billed annually. BuyingGroupPro Pro is $29 a month or $278 a year, and Concierge is $99 a month or $950 a year. Both have a free plan. ### Do both connect to BFMR and BuyingGroup.com? Yes. Both connect to BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, BuyersForPoints, Buy Get Rewards, Earn From Buying, MaxOut Deals, Points 4 Days, Points CashBack and UEarnPoints. Only BuyingGroupPro connects to Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group and CloseOut NJ. Only Churning Tracker connects to MVP Buying Group, PowerBuy Network, Big Deal Points, Buy Get Paid and U Buy We Pay. ### Can I use BuyingGroupPro on my phone? Yes. BuyingGroupPro has an iPhone app and an Android app with push alerts. Churning Tracker has no app in the App Store or Google Play. ### Can I move from Churning Tracker to BuyingGroupPro? Yes. Export your orders from Churning Tracker as a CSV file and import the file into BuyingGroupPro. CSV import is free on every BuyingGroupPro plan, reads your own column names and shows every row before it saves anything. See [CSV import](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/). Then connect your inbox and your buying groups so new orders come in on their own. Source: https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/compare/churning-tracker/ (updated 2026-10-30) --- # BuyingGroupPro vs a buying group spreadsheet > When a Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheet is enough to track buying group orders, when it is not, and how to move your sheet into BuyingGroupPro for free. Most buying group resellers start with a spreadsheet: one row per order, with the cost, the tracking number, the buying group and the payout. BuyingGroupPro does the same job, but it adds the orders, sends the tracking numbers and checks the payouts for you. ## Short answer - **Keep the spreadsheet** if you place a few orders a month with one buying group and you like your own formulas. - **Move to BuyingGroupPro** when typing orders, copying tracking numbers into each group's website and checking every payout takes too much of your time. The Free plan costs nothing, and your spreadsheet comes in with a CSV file. ## Side by side | | BuyingGroupPro | A spreadsheet | |---|---|---| | Price | Free plan; Pro $29/month | Free | | Adding orders | From your inbox, the Chrome extension, a CSV file or by hand | You type each order | | Tracking numbers | Sent to the buying group from BuyingGroupPro, one at a time, in bulk, or automatically on Pro | You copy each one into the group's website | | Payments | Orders are marked paid when the group reports a payment, and a wrong amount is flagged (Pro) | You check each payout by hand | | Profit | On every order, from the cost, payout, cashback and gift card savings; reports by month, group, card and store on Pro | Your own formulas | | Deals | Live deal feed from the buying groups on every plan | None | | Alerts | In-app and push alerts for payout problems and wrong amounts, and deal alerts by push, email or Discord (Pro) | None | | On your phone | iPhone and Android apps | The Google Sheets or Excel app | | Your own columns | Set fields, notes and saved views; CSV export on Pro | Any column, any formula | ## What a spreadsheet does well - It is free and has no limits. - You choose every column and every formula. - It works for any store and any buying group. - It is easy to share. ## What a spreadsheet costs you - You type every order from every retailer email. - You copy every tracking number into each buying group's website. - A short or missing payment is easy to miss. - Nothing tells you when a deal opens or a payout fails. - Spreadsheets damage long tracking numbers, for example by turning them into 1.23E+15. ## Move your spreadsheet into BuyingGroupPro 1. Download the sheet as a CSV file. In Google Sheets: **File › Download › Comma-separated values**. In Excel: **File › Save As › CSV**. 2. Import the file in BuyingGroupPro. It reads your own column names, such as "Order #" or "Tracking", and shows every row before it saves anything. 3. Fix the rows it flags, such as a possible duplicate or a damaged tracking number, then commit the import. 4. Connect your inbox and your buying groups so new orders come in on their own. CSV import is free on every plan, up to 1,500 rows in one file. See [CSV import](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/csv-import/). ## Questions ### Is there a free alternative to a buying group spreadsheet? Yes. The BuyingGroupPro Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. It imports orders from one inbox, the Chrome extension or a CSV file, connects up to 2 buying groups, sends tracking for 10 orders a month and shows the live deal feed. ### Can I import my Google Sheets or Excel orders? Yes. Download the sheet as a CSV file and import it. BuyingGroupPro matches common column names, creates any store, buying group, account or card it does not know yet, and updates an order instead of adding it twice when you upload the same file again. ### Can I get my data back out as a spreadsheet? Yes. Pro and Concierge members can export their orders as a CSV file and open it in Google Sheets or Excel. ### Does BuyingGroupPro work with my buying group? It connects to 12 buying groups: BFMR, BuyingGroup.com, Deal & Runner, USA Buying Group, BuyersForPoints, Buy Get Rewards, CloseOut NJ, Earn From Buying, MaxOut Deals, Points 4 Days, Points CashBack and UEarnPoints.
