Can I switch plans as my order volume changes?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep access to current features until then.
What if my order volume spikes during a big deal drop?
If you hit your monthly order limit, you'll get a notification and can upgrade to a higher plan immediately — no waiting. We won't cut off access mid-month. If your volume drops back down, you can downgrade the following cycle.
What exactly does Full BFMR Integration do for me?
Full BFMR Integration means tracking numbers are automatically submitted to BFMR the moment you log an order, order statuses sync in real time, and you can browse BFMR deals and commit quantities directly from your BuyingGroupPro dashboard — without touching BFMR's website.
I'm on Starter — why can't I see the Deals page yet?
The Deals page is a Pro and Premium feature. It aggregates deals from 10 buying groups in one feed, refreshed every 30 minutes, so you can filter by profit, ROI, and merchant without visiting each site separately. Upgrading to Pro unlocks it instantly.
Can I try a paid plan before committing?
There's no time-limited trial, but the Free plan lets you explore the core features with real orders and no credit card required. If you upgrade to a paid plan and it's not the right fit, we offer a 7-day refund on your first payment — just email support.
How is billing handled?
Billing is handled securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can view, update, or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal in your account settings.
How does order importing save me time on Pro or Premium?
The Chrome extension (Pro and Premium) lets you import orders from Amazon, Best Buy, and Target with one click directly from their order pages. It pulls in the product name, order number, cost, and tracking information automatically. You can bulk-select multiple orders and sync them all at once.
Why would I need to upload receipts — isn't that just for taxes?
Receipts matter beyond tax time. Buying groups sometimes question purchases and ask for proof. Attaching a receipt directly to an order in BuyingGroupPro means you can respond in seconds instead of digging through email. Pro and Premium users get unlimited receipt storage.
I'm worried about hitting my order limit during a busy week — what happens?
You'll get a notification when you're close to your limit. If you hit it, upgrade immediately and keep adding orders without interruption. We won't lock you out mid-month.
What if I start on Starter and realize I need Pro features?
Upgrade anytime from your account settings — it takes effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
Is the free plan actually free, or does it expire?
