Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you downgrade, your new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?
If you exceed your monthly order limit, you'll be notified and prompted to upgrade to a higher tier. You can continue to use the platform, but you won't be able to add new orders until either your limit resets the following month or you upgrade to a plan with a higher order limit.
What does "Full BFMR Integration" include?
Full BFMR integration includes automatic syncing of orders between BuyingGroupPro and BFMR buying groups, automated tracking number submission, automatic order status updates, and direct access to BFMR deals through our platform.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but you can cancel your subscription anytime with no questions asked. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or cryptocurrency.
How do the order importing features work?
Our Chrome extension allows Pro and Premium users to import orders directly from Amazon, Best Buy, and Target order pages with a single click. The extension automatically extracts all relevant order details, including items, prices, quantities, and tracking information.
What is the receipt upload feature?
Receipt upload allows Pro and Premium users to upload and store receipts for their orders for tax accounting and record keeping purposes. This helps you maintain organized documentation of all your purchases for tax preparation and business records.
