# Plans, pricing and the free trial

> BuyingGroupPro Free, Pro ($29 a month) and Concierge ($99 a month), what each plan includes, and how the 14-day Pro trial works.

BuyingGroupPro has three plans: Free, Pro at $29 a month ($278 a year) and Concierge at $99 a month ($950 a year). Every new account made on the website starts with a 14-day Pro trial that needs no credit card.

## The 14-day Pro trial

- It starts when you create your account on the website and confirm your email (or sign up with Google).
- It includes everything in Pro, except that real ACH payout requests start only when you add a card.
- When it ends, nothing is charged. The account moves to Free, and your orders and settings stay.
- You get an email 3 days before it ends, and one when it ends. **Keep Pro** in that email opens checkout for Pro monthly.
- Accounts made in the iPhone or Android app start on Free. A Free account that never had a trial can start one from the website.

In short, Free connects up to 2 buying groups and sends tracking for 10 orders a month by hand. Pro does the work for you: automatic sync, automatic tracking, payment detection, payout requests and reconciliation.

## Billing

- Payments go through Stripe. Promotion codes can be entered at checkout.
- If a payment fails, the account keeps its plan for 3 days while you fix the card.
- If you cancel, the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
