# Deal & Runner integration

> Connect Deal & Runner to BuyingGroupPro to sync commitments, send tracking automatically, link orders to commitments and detect payments.

The Deal & Runner integration connects BuyingGroupPro to your account at the Deal & Runner portal (portal.dealandrunner.com). It syncs your commitments, links your orders to them, sends tracking numbers and detects Deal & Runner's payments.

## Connect Deal & Runner

1. Go to **Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections** and open the Deal & Runner card.
2. Enter the email address and password you use at the Deal & Runner portal.
3. Click **Test** to check the connection.

BuyingGroupPro stores your password encrypted so it stays connected.

## What it does

- **Commitments:** syncs your Deal & Runner commitments into the [commitments ledger](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/commitments/), and links your orders to them.
- **Tracking:** sends tracking numbers one order at a time, in bulk, or automatically as soon as an order has tracking (Pro, with auto-submit on).
- **Payments:** detects Deal & Runner's payments, marks the orders paid and flags an amount that does not match.
- **Deals:** Deal & Runner deals appear in the deal feed.

## What it does not do

Deal & Runner schedules its own payouts, so BuyingGroupPro does not request them.

## Plans

Connecting is free (it counts as one of the 2 groups on Free). Automatic tracking and payment detection need Pro or Concierge.
