# BuyingGroup.com integration

> Connect BuyingGroup.com to BuyingGroupPro to sync receipts and commitments, send tracking in bulk, detect payments, read serial numbers and request ACH payouts.

The BuyingGroup.com integration connects BuyingGroupPro to your account at buyinggroup.com. It syncs your receipts and commitments, links each receipt to its order, sends tracking numbers, detects payments, reads serial numbers and UPCs, and requests ACH payouts.

## Connect BuyingGroup.com

1. Go to **Settings › Integrations › Buying group connections** and open the BuyingGroup.com card.
2. Enter the email address and password you use at buyinggroup.com.
3. Click **Test** to check the connection.

Your password is used once, to sign in, and is not stored. You do not need to enter your member number.

## What it does

- **Receipts:** syncs your BuyingGroup.com receipts and links each one to its order.
- **Commitments:** syncs your commitments into the [commitments ledger](https://www.buyinggrouppro.com/docs/commitments/).
- **Tracking:** sends tracking numbers one order at a time, in bulk, or automatically (Pro, with auto-submit on).
- **Payments:** when a receipt is paid, the order is marked paid. A paid amount that does not match what you recorded is flagged. If BuyingGroup.com voids a receipt, the paid mark is removed.
- **Serial numbers and UPCs:** read from the receipt and saved on the order.
- **ACH payouts:** requests a payout of your balance to your bank account. Payouts go only to the bank account on your BuyingGroup.com account.
- **Member alerts:** tells you when BuyingGroup.com accepts an item at a discount, and when its support team answers a ticket and waits on you.
- **Deals:** BuyingGroup.com deals appear in the deal feed.

## Plans

Connecting is free (it counts as one of the 2 groups on Free). Automatic tracking, receipt matching, payment detection and payout requests need Pro or Concierge. During the 14-day Pro trial, real ACH payout requests start when you add a card.
